From The Nottingham Evening Post of 18 September 1984: "A▮▮▮▮▮ of the Post marries - EVENING POST canteen cook Miss A▮▮▮▮▮ J▮▮ Ogden, married Mr. M▮▮▮▮▮▮ J▮▮▮▮ Chrimes, a farm worker at Kerrihite Mushroon Farm, Kinoulton, at St. Mary's and All Saints Church, Bingham. The bride, who wore a long-sleeved dress in white Nottingham lace with a train, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R.E. Ogden, of Shelford D[r]ive, Bingham. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. amd Mrs. A.J. Chrimes, of Newton Avenue, Bingham. The service was conducted by the Rev. D.N. Swain. Bridesmaids were Miss Kathryn Bright, Miss Caroline Ogden, Miss Elaine Brown, Miss Naomi Daubrah and Miss Gemma Turner. Page was Master Martin King and Mr. Martin King was best man. The couple left for a honeymoon in Benidorm.". |
