A FamilySearch record of baptism on 26 March 1918 is probably in error.
From The Cheshire Observer of 30 March 1940: "TATTENHALL The wedding took place at the Parish Church on Easter Monday, of Miss Isabel [sic] Crimes, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Crimes, of Church Bank, Tattenhall, and Mr. Norman William Blanchard, of Titherington [sic], Gloucester. The bride, who was given away by her father, was dressed in white satin and lace .... A reception was held at the bride's home. The happy pair left for their future home at Titherington..."
