Kate was admitted to St. Bartholomew's Church Of England School (Infants), Wednesbury on 26 April 1909 and left that school on 31 March 1911 "Transferred to Girls' School". In 1921 Kate was employed by Lees G+S Nut and Bolt Works of Potters Lane, Wednesbury. The 1939 Register record for Kate Wright b.3Apr1904 does not include her husband Albert WRIGHT but does include their daughter Kathleen W WRIGHT b.1927. The Births Index gives this child's mother's maiden surname as CHRIMES, confirming that the 1939 Register record does indeed apply to this Kate. The death record gives exact same date of birth. |
