From The Cheshire Observer of 8 October 1960: "Local Weddings - MR. J.T. JONES AND MISS E.E. CRIMES [PHOTOGRAPH] The wedding took place at St. Werburgh's Church, on Saturday, of Miss Esther Edith Crimes, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Crimes, of 35, Steven-st., Boughton, and Mr. J.T. Jones, son of Mr. P. Jones, of 1, Bouverie-street. Father Leonard officiated. The bride wore a mink suit with stone accessories. The matron-of-honour was Mrs. M. Murphy, and the best man was Mr. G. Lyons. After a reception at the Albion Hotel, Mr. and Mrs. Jones left for their honeymoon at King's Lynn."
