From The Chester Chronicle of 17 January 1986: "Late night street fight led to court. Two youths who became involved in a fight with two Army men outside Boots store in Foregate Street appeared before Chester magistrates on Wednesday. Paul Chrimes (19) of 8 Sunbury Crescent, Buddicum Park, and Anthony Peter Hodgson (20) of 31 Clover Lane, Lache, were charged with using behaviour likely to cause a breach of the peace on October 25 last year. ... Neither Chrimes or Hodgson had any previous convictions and they agreed to be bound over to keep the peace for 12 months in the sum of £100." The marriage record is chosen on the basis of age and location, though there are other credible options. |
