I cannot find Sarah Ann in the 1891 England Census. In the 1921 England Census Sarah Ann, widow, was living with her six SHEEN children. Following the death of her first husband William SHEEN in 1912, Sarah Ann married William Henry MEAKIN in 1922. CheshireBMD gives the location of the 1922 marriage as "Chester, Civil Marriage or Registrar Attended". |
