I cannot find a birth record for Henry. Henry was born 10 years before his parents married. The 1917 WWI death record is assigned to this Henry based on elimination, despite there being no other record of his service. A Commonwealth War Graves Commission record shows that Henry died on 28 December 1917 whilst serving with The King's (Liverpool Regiment) 2nd/9th Bn. and is buried at Tyne Cot Memorial in Belgium. His service number was 332126. |
