From The Chester Chronicle of 31 July 1981: "OBITUARY - MISS W. CHRIMES The death occurred in Warrington General Hospital on July 17 of Miss Winnie Chrimes, of 5 Albert Row, Frodsham. Miss Chrimes, who was 73, was a retired shop assistant. She worked for most of her life in newsagents', firstly for the late Mr. A.J. Catherall and then with his successors in the same business. She also had a life-long interest in the Guide Movement. The funeral service took place on July 21, at Frodsham Parish Church, with the Vicar, Father Oliver Simon, officiating..." Gladys Winifred's Grant of Probate reads: "CHRIMES, Gladys Winifred of 5 Albert Row Frodsham Cheshire died 17 July 1981 Probate Liverpool 10 December."
