Amelia was admitted to Crowton Church of England Primary School on 20 May 1881, when she was just two years old!
Alternative date of birth: 19 May 1878 (Different School Admission Records give different dates).
In 1901 Amelia, single, was a servant in the household of Frederick Sutton Bean and his first wife Margaret Ellen. Margaret Ellen died later that year, and Frederick Sutton married Amelia in 1902, in circumstances similar to Sarah Jane BEBBINGTON of Norley.
CheshireBMD gives the location of the 1902 marriage as "Chester, Civil Marriage or Registrar Attended". Amelia's siblings married in C of E churches, but she was 22 years younger than Frederick Sutton and the marriage may not have been supported by family.
Sadly Amelia died within 4 years of marriage.
