I cannot find Emma in UK beyond the 1901 UK Census. The travel record, though in the name Emily CHRIMES, gives UK residence as Altrincham and almost certainly relates to this Emma, implying that she emigrated to the United States. Her subsequent marriage to Charles Frederick DRINKWATER who was born in Altrincham adds weight to this argument. The 1906 marriage record, for "Emily Chrimes", gives her parents's names as Thomas CHRIMES and Mary SNAPE. I cannot find a death record for Emma/Emily. |
