From the Find-a-Grave record: [PHOTOGRAPH of Oris] "Oris Reece passed away at his home near Marianna on Friday, April 29, 2011 at age 93. He was born on February 8, 1918 in Baxter County, Arkansas, to the late John Reese and Bell Anderson Reece. Oris served in the Army during WWII, and after he was discharged, returned to Lee County to farm. He later married Freda Crimes, and they made their home together on the farm near Marianna. Oris is survived by his wife Freda, special friends and fellow farmers Tommy and Christopher Whitehead, and many other friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Bell Reece. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 2, 2011 in Roller-Citizens Chapel in Marianna. Burial will follow in Marianna Memorial Park."
