In the 1940 US Federal Census, Destimonia used the name CRIMES and was still single. However, the U.S., Social Security Applications and Claims Index, 1936-2007 record states that she was named Destimonia Edna CRYMES at death and implies that she had married CATO before 1943 and CREGAR before 1984. I have subsequently found the 1939 marriage (in the name Distimonia Edma Crymes) to CATO, but this conflicts with the 1940 US Federal Census.
