| From the Find-a-Grave record: "Rita Koehler Crymes, Tucson, AZ, formerly of Adams, OK died at Tucson. She was born in Berlin, Germany to Arthur and Martha Regehr. Mr Regehr came to the United States to help an uncle farm in Texas County and died unexpectedly in 1924. Rita moved to the Adams area with her mother and stepfather, Ernest C. Koehler. They were processed thru the immigration facilities at Ellis Island in New York. She attended the old Appleton School, Adams elementary and high school and graduated from East Wichita High School in 1937. She later attended New Mexico State University and Palomar College in CA. She married in Miami, FL and was a member of Our Saviour's Lutheran Church in Tucson. Survivors include her husband, Walton, Tucson, sons M▮▮▮▮▮▮ Crymes, Mobile, AL; S▮▮▮▮▮ Crymes, San Mateo, CA and P▮▮▮▮▮▮ Banks of Virginia City, NV, daughter R▮▮▮ E▮▮▮▮ Crymes Ottley, Tucson, brother George Koehler of Adams, sisters Ellen Williamson, Canyon, TX and Ruth Mickles of Adams." |
