From the Find-a-Grave record: "Mary Josephine Crymes Moody, 98, of 28 Goodrich Street, widow of David Alonzo Moody, died Wednesday, December 15, 2010, at Rainey Hospice House. Born in Pelzer, she was a daughter of the late William Mitchell and Addie Walker Crymes. She retired from the Kendall Company and was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church in Pelzer. Surviving are sons, Jim Moody, of Pelzer, LaFoy Moody, of Clinton, and Robert Moody of Williamston; sisters, Beatrice Davis, of Ladson, and Sarah Farrow, of Marion; 14 grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Faye Bagwell; sister, Lois Bannister; and brothers, C. B. Crymes, Hubert Crymes, Willie Crymes and James Crymes. Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. on Friday, December 17, 2010, at Gray Mortuary, Pelzer. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Entombment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum." |
