From The Clark Bible:"By Ann, relict of Thomas Booker, Letty b. 11/23/1746 Thomas Booker b. 2/18/1748" The statement in the Historical Sketch: "Thomas Crymes (son of George) moved to Greenville County, South Carolina. His descendants are still residents of that locality [1934]" is believed to be wrong, the person who moved to SC being Thomas's half-brother George CRYMES b.1766. This Thomas is believed to be the Rev. Thomas CRYMES who was a baptist preacher and first pastor of Tussekiah Baptist Chapel in Lunenburg County. This Thomas is also believed to be the person who wrote a will on 18 January 1788 which was proven on 10 December 1789, listing his six daughters. |
