Philip Crimes shows that William had a child William who bore the children shown in this research as the children of this William (adding an additional generation). However, the more likely interpretation of the records is shown here, and is consistent with "Devon, Visitation Of The County Of Devon In 1620".
Following the death of his first wife Margaret in 1614, William remarried in 1618 to Agnes Martyn née PARVIS.
