From The Liverpool Echo of 12 June 1963: "Princess Marina, Duchess of Kent, stops to chat with two young patients, D▮▮▮▮ Chrimes, aged seven, of Tarvin, and ..., during her visit to Chester Royal Infirmary yesterday." From The Chester Chronicle of 10 December 1982: "D▮▮▮▮ R▮▮ [/R▮▮] Chrimes, of The Bungalow, Sandy Lane, Tarvin, was sentenced to a total of three months imprisonment when he pleaded guilty to driving whilst disqualified, with excess alcohol, without an excise licence, without third party insurance and without a test certificate, Chester Magistrates heard on Wednesday. Mr. David Thompson, prosecuting, said Chrimes was stopped when police officers thought they recognised the car as belonging to another man, who had been disqualified by the courts, he said. On talking to Chrimes, they suspected he had been drinking and he was asked to take a breath test, which proved positive. Chrimes was sentenced to three months each (to run concurrently) for driving while disqualified and with excess alcohol. His licence was endorsed with six points for the first offence and four points for the second, with a disqualification of three years, to run concurrently. He was also banned for a year, fined £85 and ordered to pay £10.15 back duty for the other offences." On the 2011 and 2012 Electoral Rolls, D▮▮▮▮ R was at the same address as "T▮▮▮▮▮ J Chrimes" who is not known to this research. |
