From The Uttoxeter Advertiser and Ashbourne Times of 22 March 1911: "The engagement is announced of Miss Muriel Guy, eldest daughter of A.G.L. Guy, of Winnipeg, Canada, to Mr. G. Harold Crimes, manager of the Bank of British North America, Semans, Sask., Canada. Mr. G.H. Crimes is the son of Mr. J.T. Crimes, of Kidsgrove, Staffs., and was at one time on the staff of the old Birmingham District and Counties Bank at Uttoxeter."
George Harold married and settled in Canada, which is where he died in 1950.
