Jane was admitted to Liverpool Board of Guardians Workhouse on 8 June 1863 suffering from 'Fever'. According to the workhouse record, she was discharged on 17 June 1863 - 'Died'. From The Chester Chronicle of 27 June 1863: "DEATHS 19th inst. at Liverpool, aged 53, Jane, the wife of the late Mr. William Crimes, formerly of this city." |
