I cannot find a record of Thomas's birth. There was a baptism of a Thomas CHRIMES in October 1769 at Weaverham, but the parents were John and Elizabeth.
In his brother Joseph's will of 1825, Thomas (an executor) was described as "of Crowton".
Sylvia Whalley nee CHRIMES has contributed Thomas's will to this research. It is also accessible online at FamilySearch.org.
The burial record gives age at 1830 as '62' which is not consistent with Thomas being the second son of John CHRIMES who married in 1750.
Thomas appears in the Index to Death Duty Registers for 1830 as: 'Chrimes, Thos. Executor: Bernard Pickering, Tarporley, Chester'.
