Elizabeth was admitted to Sutton St George Church Of England Primary School, Macclesfield on 4 February 1890 together with her sisters Martha E and Hannah H. Previous school: "Lord St. School".
Elizabeth emigrated independently to United States, arriving New York on 4 December 1903. She declared that she was bound for Fair Lawn, Burgess, New Jersey where she would reside with John TIMMINS (who was the husband of her sister Esther Ann, they having migrated a year earlier).
Elizabeth's sister Harriet Annie also emigrated to the United States.
In 1910 Elizabeth was living with her sister Harriet Annie and Harriet Annie's husband Richard VAN LENTEN. Elizabeth was not in that household in 1920.
