Durelle Edward's obituary reads: "Durelle Edward Crymes, Jr., age 89, of Meherrin, Virginia, passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2013. Durelle was a Past Master of Prince George Masonic Lodge 115, and a sixty year member of Millwright Local 1402. He is survived by his wife, Ann M. Crymes; four children, J▮▮▮▮▮▮▮ Craig and husband, W▮▮▮▮▮▮, Robert Crymes, J▮▮▮▮▮ Sober and husband, M▮▮▮, and D▮▮▮▮▮▮ Crymes, III; fourteen grandchildren, Durelle Edison, Christine, Kevin, Sheri, Heather, David, Dean, Katy, Jenna, Terri, Ben, Brittany, Matthew, and Sara; seven great-grandchildren, Dakota, Coytee, Hayden, Jeremy, Zachary, Wyatt, and Olivia; a brother, J▮▮ Crymes and wife, C▮▮▮▮; a sister, N▮▮▮▮ Hughes; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Durelle E. Crymes Sr. and Hazel Savoy Crymes; a sister, Ellen Wilkinson and husband Lloyd; and close friend, Al Troianello. A Graveside Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 2, 2013, in the Ledbetter Christian Church Cemetery.
