In the 1950 US Federal Census, Sarah Virginia was living alone. From Find-a-Grave: "Sara Virginia Crymes Farrow, 85, widow of Bruce Farrow, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 01, 2012. Mrs. Farrow was born October 19, 1926 in Williamston, to the late W.M. Crymes and Adie Walker Crymes. She enjoyed baking and decorating cakes for family and friends, canning vegetables, and genealogy. She was a collector of miniature bells, and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Fountain Inn, where she was in the Sara Lou Patterson Sunday School Class and the Berth Smith Circle. Surviving are two sons and their wives, D▮▮ and K▮▮▮▮ Farrow, and R▮▮ Farrow; a sister, Beatrice Davis; three grandchildren, Lori Farrow, Katie Farrow, and Brent Farrow; and a great-grandchild, Braedan Farrow. She was predeceased by four brothers, C.B. Crymes, Hubert Crymes, Willie Crymes, and James Crymes; and two sisters, Mary Moody and Lois Bannister." |
