Albert F's burial record declares him to be "Lieut Albert F. Crymes"
From the obituary of Albert F's brother Augustin Clayton CRYMES: "Albert F. Crymes, the third brother... was a 1st Lieutenant in the First Alabama Infantry, having left Greensboro College at the beginning of the revolt, to uphold the Confederate Cause. He fought in the TN and Atlanta Campaigns, was captured at island ten, and later served nine months imprisonment at Camp Douglas, Chicago, Illinois and was eventually killed in 1864 at the Battle of Franklin Tn."
