The Warrington marriage is credible and is proposed by Philip CRIMES and others.
From The London Gazette of July 1823: "This is to give notice, that John Wilkinson and Samuel Crimes, Blacksmiths, of Halton, in the County of Chester, have dissolved Partnership this 5th day of July 1823, by mutual consent."
The following report from The Liverpool Mail of 14 June 1845 MAY APPLY to this Samuel: "SHOOTING PIGEONS - Samuel Crimes was charged with shooting three pigeons, at Halton, on the 8th instant. Defendant admitted the fact, but said they were pulling up peas in his garden, The magistrates did not consider that any offence had been committed and dismissed the complaint."
