Walter was admitted to Boughton St Paul's Church Of England Junior And Infant School, Chester on 22 October 1894. He left that school in March 1898 "To Boys' Depart"[ment]. In 1921 Walter was employed by L N W R and G W R Joint Railways of Chester at Chester Station. From The Cheshire Observer of 8 October 1965: "BIRTHDAY REMEMBRANCES - CRIMES Loving birthday memories (14th October) of Dad; also Reg. (10th October). A little tribute, small and tender. Just to show we still remember. - Mum and the Family, Phillip-street." |
